Meet Miss Nesrin
English Language Teaching Graduate & Private English Teacher
I’m Nesrin — an English teacher dedicated to helping young learners build strong foundations, develop confidence, and discover that learning English can be both meaningful and enjoyable.
As a graduate of English Language Teaching, I have experience working with learners across different age groups, from preschool to primary and middle school.
I understand that every student learns differently. That is why I believe effective teaching begins with recognising each learner’s individual level, needs, strengths and learning pace.
My lessons go beyond simply completing exercises or memorising grammar rules. I create structured, personalised and engaging learning experiences that develop essential English skills while supporting each student’s academic journey.
Most importantly, I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and expressing themselves.
My goal is not only to teach English, but to help every student become a confident, independent and motivated learner.

My Teaching Approach
There is no single method that works for every learner.
Before planning lessons, I consider the student’s age, current English level, learning needs, strengths and areas that require additional support.
Lessons combine clear explanations, guided practice and engaging activities so students can understand not only what they are learning, but also how to use it.
Students are encouraged to ask questions, practise independently and learn from their mistakes without feeling afraid of getting something wrong.
My Approach
Lessons are adapted around the learner rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Topics are introduced gradually and previous knowledge is regularly reinforced.
Students are given the time and guidance they need to understand challenging concepts.
Different activities and materials are incorporated to keep lessons meaningful and enjoyable.

How Lessons Work
Individual lessons allow each student to receive focused attention and learn at a pace that suits them. Small group lessons of 2–4 students are also available.
Lessons are planned according to the student’s age, level, strengths, areas for improvement and individual learning goals.
Worksheets, activities and learning materials are carefully prepared or selected to complement each lesson.
Students can receive additional support with school topics, homework and areas they find challenging.
Lessons follow a structured learning path so that students can strengthen previous knowledge while gradually developing new skills.
Flexible lesson options make it possible for students to learn in the environment that works best for them. Face-to-face lessons take place in Karaoğlanoğlu, Kyrenia.
